XPO Exhibitions Ltd (XPO) owns and organizes a portfolio of 19 shows, including some of New Zealand's largest and longest-running 'business-to-business' trade show exhibitions and events. We work with over 3,500 exhibiting companies, welcoming more than 300,000 visitors across our shows, and boasting a significant visitor buying power of $1.81 billion for XPO's Auckland shows alone.

In 2019, XPO Exhibitions acquired nine of North Port Events' shows, which encompass The Baby Shows, The Food Shows (Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch), Fine Food New Zealand, Facilities Integrate, The Waikato Home & Garden Show, and Autumn HomeXPO.

Prior to this acquisition, XPO purchased the majority of its trade shows from the subsidiary of the Daily Mail Group UK, DMG Worldwide Media NZ Ltd, in January 2010. In 2013, XPO acquired an additional portfolio of industry trade shows from Hayley Media.

XPO currently manages 19 show-related websites, along with a growing number of industry social media pages and blogs. We also develop event smartphone apps and publish a suite of trade show-related magazines in-house. Furthermore, XPO has successfully launched several B2B online selling platforms, including gifttrader.co.nz and Source Online.

Today, XPO maintains its own customized visitor registration database, containing information on more than 300,000 unique trade industry visitors. These visitor profiles include contact details, job positions, employee numbers, annual turnover, geographic reach, product interests, and purchasing power.

XPO utilizes this information through various channels, such as email, direct mail, social media, online platforms, and on-site interactions at our events.
