Established in 1997, Southern Cutting Technology Ltd is wholly New Zealand owned and operated. We are the NZ Distributor for Dormer Pramet, HGT and Speed Tiger  and also a preferred NZ distributor for Sandvik Coromant.

We supply a full range of premium cutting tools and associated backends including the worlds most advanced and cutting edge HSS and Carbide tooling. We offer exceptional service with a large range of product stocked in our head office in Christchurch, and thus able to be dispatched anywhere in NZ overnight or same day in the greater Christchurch area.

Our sales team is based across NZ, offering you a nationwide service. Our sales team are trade qualified engineers, able to provide you with the detailed information required for tool life and cost reduction from your cutting tools.
