Win a Day Fishing Trip
Pre-register for EMEX and attend the event and you will automatically be entered into the prize draw to win a day fishing trip for you and 5 friends worth approx $1500.
The prize includes whole day charter for 6 anglers, with rods, bait and lunch. The boat leaves from Westhaven in Auckland. Travel to and from the harbor and alcohol are not included. You will be given a voucher which will be valid from May 2010 - May 2011.

The Machinery Specialists Bar is the social hub of EMEX where you can gather with fellow industry professionals and suppliers to network and share industry insight.
Machinery Specialists is a carrier and contracting company that can move your plant and machinery on time and on budget with a complete factory to factory turnkey operation. Areas of particular specialisation are the dismantling and transportation of engineering, mechanical and printing equipment, including the movement of heavy over dimensional plant and machinery. Machinery Specialists has over 50 years experience in the industry.

How do I register to come to the show?Online registration to visit EMEX 2010 is open here now »
EMEX is free but you must pre-register or register at the show. There will be no fee onsite for people who register at the event.
Will I receive my badge before the show?
Please note that badges will not be mailed prior to the show.
Please print off your confirmation/barcode that was emailed to you when you completed your registration and bring it with you to the show. This will be scanned at one of the e-badge stations and you will be provided with your badge for immediate entry.
If you have not supplied us with an email address and have pre-registered you can collect your badge at the show from the pre-registered desk.
How much does it cost?
EMEX is free to attend for any trade professionals form the Engineering, Machinery and Electronics industries. There will be no fee onsite for people who register at the event. We recommend that you pre-register to attend EMEX to save time onsite. EMEX is a trade only event. Proof of your trade identity may be required.
May I bring guests to the show?
Please do not bring clients, family or friends. Genuine trade visitors only will be admitted to the exhibition. Proof of trade identity may be requested in the form of a business card.
Are children permitted in the exhibition halls?
Please note that children under the age of 16 will not be admitted to EMEX, or during show build up or breakdown. Infants in front packs and back packs are the only exception. This applies to children of exhibitors and buyers. In no case may they be admitted as a visitor or exhibitor. Pushchairs or prams will not be permitted.
Where can I park?
Visitor Parking at the showgrounds is $6. Parking is available in Puriri Drive, with access through the side gate to the ASB Showgrounds. Overflow parking is available for $6 at Alexandra Park and the Trotts Carparks off Greenlane Rd.
