Lakeland Steel provide full turnkey solutions in design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of industrial engineering projects (conveying systems, materials handling, bio energy) as well as civil and structural steel solutions.  We also manufacture and install Proguard modular machine guarding.

Our multi-disciplined drafting office has 80+ years of combined experience in mechanical structural, civil and architectural drafting, enabling Lakeland Steel to offer a specialised solution for clients with layouts, design and one off custom manufactured equipment.

Based in Rotorua we have extensive experience in steel fabrication and machining. With 2200m2 of workshop area, in-house CNC plasma cutting, CNC Beamline, press shop and in-house painting, you can be sure that customer projects are managed with highest levels of quality and workmanship.

At EMEX 2024, we will be proudly exhibiting our range of Proguard modular machine guarding and safety fencing. Designed to AS/NZS 4024 standards, our Proguard fencing products makes guarding easy to install and flexible enough to customise to your specific requirements, increasing worker and plant safety, providing safety walkways and platforms for access.
