Building a strong Data Foundation to Accelerate a Digital Manufacturing Strategy

Following a SIRI assessment, completed in early 2023, Argus Manutech has developed a world-class digital transformation strategy to enhance efficiency, foster innovation and support growth ambitions and unlock future capability. The first phase of this strategy has focused on the digitisation and integration of operational processes. Argus Manutech data as the foundation to their digital transformation strategy and have partnered with Dsifer to build a centralised data architecture to drive consistency, connectivity and sovereignty of their data as the platform for future digitisation. In this presentation, Argus Manutech and Dsifer will share their journey so far, their approach to building a strong data foundation to accelerate digital transformation and lessons learned to support other organisations on their journey.

Nathan Hay is GM of Operations at Argus Manutech. Bringing together a career in operations leadership and an MBA specialising in Industry 4.0, Nathan and the Argus Manutech team have developed a world-class digital transformation strategy to support the organisation’s growth and innovation ambitions. Nathan is passionate about supporting New Zealand’s manufacturing sector through the collective sharing of experience, learnings and approaches to help transform the industry for the future.
